Platinum Palate Catering's food is truly the best! We prepare our menus from the freshest ingredients and assemble them as close to serving time as possible to retain the full flavors of each dish. We will even prepare your favorite recipe because we feel the menu should be a reflection of you.

Service makes all the difference. Our service staff love what they do. They are neat, courteous, and professional. Our chefs, waiters and bartenders are trained to manage every detail from setup, food preparation and presentation to complete cleanup. You should and will feel like a guest at your own party.

Tables, chairs, linens, flowers, entertainment, etc. we can provide and/or rent all these items and much more for you. We can arrange to put up tents when it rains, heaters when it’s cold, full bar setup and everything else needed for your special event.

Karen Rudnai, the company owner, is a native San Fernando Valley girl. She has had a lifelong passion for cooking and has an ultimate flair for entertaining. She is certified from the New School of Cooking and has taken countless number of classes in the art of cooking and catering.
